Bubbles + Barre | Tulsa

Join us for this FREE 45-minute barre class! Stick around after class for free bubbly beverages and to chat with members of the Power Life team about teacher training, our class formats, memberships, and more.

Power Barre classes have been a crowd favorite at Power Life since we opened our first studio in 2012. The barre concept is a unique training method — a workout utilizing a ballet barre that combines elements of ballet, pilates and power yoga. This total-body experience includes movements to spike your heart rate and strengthen your arms, legs, abs, glutes and more. Besides increasing your strength, Power Barre helps build flexibility, balance, and core strength to support you in everything you do. Whether you're familiar with yoga/fitness or you're brand new, this class is well suited to meet you on your journey. See you there!

*This class will be held in the space above our studio. Enter through the doors with the green surround and follow the stairs up to the first suite.
